Financial structure of simple joint-stock company

The asset structure of the joint-stock company is based on two models:

· Stocks without nominal value, also called non-nominal shares, that are not connected to share capital are not part of it. They include:
– Cash contributions;
– Non-cash contributions.

· Asset capital, which introduces new kind of basic capital, that is not initial capital in terms of current regulations present in Commercial Companies Code. It includes:
– Cash ccontributions;
– Non-cash contributions excluding job, services and non-transferable right
